Gut feeling, we often use this term, what do we do understand by this gut?

Basically gut stands for gastric intestinal part. Gut is sometimes described as our second brain. 
It may be playing with our mind and influencing now you think.

The gut is controlled by its own complex nervous system. Which is comprised of hundreds of millions of neurons. More than all the nerves in your spinal cord .The gut and the brain talk to each other through nerve signals stress harmone and other pathways. We have long known that emotions can directly alter gut function but scientist have discover that the gut can influence the brain too and because its easier and safer to manipulate the gut than brain this knowledge could treat some chronic psychological and brain diseases. We experience the effects of the brain on the gut every day.

This is good example of how the brain effects the gut. You can even change the production of HCL through nerve connection. It was thought that gut symptoms are caused by anxiety as it changes gut function and can lead to unpleasant symptoms such as brain from the get as well. Everyone gets full of microbes that can be good and bad. They hang out at all the way from mouth through to the end of the bowel. The microbes talk to the nervous system through chemical pathways including the immune system.

 Altering gut bacteria is a new way to treat many disease of gut and the brain. This including changing diet or providing “good” bacteria and suppressing “bad” bacteria that can be done with probiotics.

Biology as a science helps human life in many ways. It helps in increasing production food protection from diseases. It tells us about our body, helping us to develop cures and treatment for many diseases. It also tells us about the body of other animals and can provide chemical treatment.
